Parties

Infinity Beads Parties, the perfect activity for a “Women’s Night Out“, a special birthday, bridal party or just a good excuse to get out of the house. You and your friends will be our guests! You will have the exclusive use of our spacious and well equipped party room along with a trained staff person to guide you along the way. We also offer the option of bringing in food and opening presents here as well.

Here is how it works:

Parties will be held either on evenings when the shop is closed or on Saturday afternoons. Saturdays are “prime time” here at Infinity Beads as we have classes most Saturdays; so if you are hoping for a Saturday time, please plan well in advance.

Room reservations are required at least two weeks in advance to allow for staffing arrangements. A $30 deposit is required at the time of the reservation. This will be deducted from the final cost of your party. Cancellations are accepted up to two weeks in advance for a full refund, one week in advance for a 50% refund. Any cancellations inside of one week are non-refundable. We need to have a final count on participants one week in advance to ensure we have enough materials. Balance of room reservation is due at that time also.

Room rental fee:

• We may be able to accommodate larger parties such as church groups and brownie troops. Prior approval and pricing will depend on the number of people and nature of the party.

• If more time is requested there will be an additional charge of $15 per .5 hours, with a maximum time of 3 hours.

• You may rent our room for your own bead group to get together. Plan a day to get together with friends and have a grown up “play date”. There will be no instruction or appointed staff during this time.

Project Options:

Option #1: (KIDS ONLY)
Choose from the following projects prior to your party. We ask that you choose the same one for all participants. You will get to choose a focal bead, accent beads and filler beads from our “bead bar”.

    • All hemp classes have a maximum of 6 participants and require a minimum of 1.5 hours for the project. If you would also like to have food, you will need to reserve the room for an additional .5 hours.

Option 2: (ADULTS ONLY)
Choose from pre-assembled kits. To allow for a little creative expression, each kit will contain more than enough beads for a necklace or bracelet. Guests will have a variety of colors to choose from the day of the party. We can also make earrings to go with your creations for an extra $5 per person. All extras from the kits will be returned to Infinity Beads.

Option 3:
With this option, guests can let their creative juices flow and choose their own beads from our showroom to make a bracelet or necklace and/or matching earrings. However, a two hour reservation is required. This will include a brief tour of the shop to familiarize you with the “endless possibilities” of beads we have to offer then “free time“ to design your own unique piece. Staff will be available for guidance and suggestions. The cost of this option will be determined by the beads chosen.

Accommodations:
If you would like to serve refreshments (i.e. cake, ice cream, cheese and crackers, and a beverage*) please add an additional .5 hours to the anticipated length of your event. Infinity Beads staff will assist you in determining the length of time required based on the age and number of people and the project chosen. If food is served the host will assume the responsibility of cleaning and throwing away all trash in the provided receptacle. We do have a freezer and refrigerator here that you are more than welcome to store food and drinks in for up to two days before your event.

*Wine will be allowed for those who are of legal age. Prior notification is required and a release will need to be signed by the host of the party.
